Not long for this world?

A row of abandoned and boarded up shops and houses in Ballarat. There are a total of five shopfronts and two houses which lie dormant. None have a heritage listing so presumably the site will be developed commercially in the not too distant future. Near the middle of the image you can see an old terminating post for power and telephone wiring.
